Thirdsphere is a musical project that became complete in April 2008 with the following members: Nuno Cardoso - Vocal; Francisco Beato - Guitar; Luke Felgueira - Guitar; Filipe Pereira - Bass; Francisco Carriço - Drums. Since then they released a demo CD called 'This is a Thirdsphere CD' in December 2008.
In March 2010 they released their first EP titled 'Fire', produced by Thirdsphere and João Gonçalves and mixed and mastered by Justin Rosander at JSM Studios. 'FIRE' has been reviewed and the band interviewed by some European metal magazines and webzines such as: Lords of Metal (Netherlands), Zware metalen (Netherlands), Kaos Magazine (Finland), Subterraneo Heavy (Spain), Pavillon 666 (France), The Ring Master Review (USA), Versus Magazine (Portugal) , Infektion Magazine (Portugal), Wings of Death (Germany), Rock n Heavy (Portugal), The Horn (Portugal), etc. The song 'Awakening The Dormant was included in two compilations Infektion #1, and Underground n Proud #2. With this release they had the opportunity to records two videoclips "From Ashes We Rise" and "The Awakening Dormant" . During this period Thirdsphere played about 50 live shows, had the opportunity to go to the Avante Festival already playing with some important bands such as, Moonspell, Switchtense, Bizarra Locomotiva, amongst others.
In January 2013 they began to record a new album with 7 new songs in the same musical line, having the portuguese guitar player Ricardo Gordo as guest. ICE is Thirdspheres second release, a CD produced by Luís Marques at United Studios wich was released on the 14th of December 2013.
In September 2014 Thirdsphere released a new song to strengthen the composition of the 1st full length CD, the single chosen is a version of the song 'Unbelievable' a hit single release in 1990 from the band EMF
